Services

My practice centers on two areas where I’ve seen real, lasting change happen: relief for insomnia and cultivating a greater sense of wellbeing. How I do this is to offer CBT-I for chronic insomnia and individual psychotherapy for adults in person at my Austin office or online, and via telehealth for clients across Texas.

CBT-I for Chronic Insomnia

CBT-I is a focused, short-term treatment that gets at the root of why sleep has become so difficult. Rather than managing symptoms with medication or relying on sleep hygiene tips that don’t go far enough, CBT-I targets the thought patterns, habits, and physiological responses that sustain insomnia over time.

Most people complete treatment in six to eight sessions. The process is structured, collaborative, and designed to produce changes that continue to improve well after treatment ends.

Individual Therapy

I work with adults who are navigating stress, major life changes, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel hard to break out of on their own. I create a space where clients feel supported, not alone, so we can slow down and explore what’s happening together.

My work integrates Somatic Experiencing™, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-informed approaches. I draw on these tools depending on what each person needs.
