Approach

I take great pride in my work as a therapist to help others be more confident and self-assured in every day life. My approach to therapy is relational, directive and solution focused; not clinical or prescriptive. I am not here to label you or tell you what you need. I am here to listen, to understand and to comprehend your story in a way that will help you be the best version of you. I see and offer support to a diverse group of clients, 18 years old and over, across all stages of life.
Through open communication, we can work through whatever presents, for you, together.

The modalities that I use in my practice are:

Somatic Experiencing (SE) for working with trauma and other shock emotions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Attachment-Focused Therapy
